Had used their service several times in the past and always good service. However never talked to the owner until yesterday - she was unbelievably rude and hateful! I will not use them again. also the techinacian that came out said that we need to replace our sewer line ASAP and quoted a price of $4000.00. We called another plumber and he suggested that we wait to see if we have more problems before we have something like that done. \r

Again I cannot believe how rude and hateful the owner was!!!!!!!!
