Mr Mattress

We bought our mattress set from Mr. Mattress. We got a great deal, but it is NOT worth the HEADACHE this company has caused us. We received our mattress on the correct delivery date, but we did not get our box spring. The owner gave us his number, but he will not return any of our phone calls...however he is very good at texting. Two weeks later and I am still sleeping on the floor and the owner is giving us every excuse possible. Do not buy from this guy unless you want HALF of your product and be out money. more

Mr. Mattress is a joke. I ordered a Box Springs from them two months ago tomorrow. I Still don't have the Box Springs. They delivered a foundation once and I called to explain that this was not the item I ordered. They said they would have someone out to retrieve it the next day. One month later I had to load the foundation on my own car and return it. He promised me I would have the Box springs that day. As I sit here typing this he has closed up and gone home and failed to deliver the Box Springs. I will scream to the heavens until my dying day Do Not Buy From Mr. Mattress Sandy Springs again. more

I love my mattress and I love the price I paid for it. The whole purchase process took less than 15 minutes compared to the endless overselling of other stores. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford and Mr. Mattress took care of me. Free on time delivery at a time convenient for me. Where else can you get a King size Sealy Posturpedic mattress, box-spring and frame for less than $600. more

Was very impressed with the professionalism of Mr Mattress. Great quality and affordable mattresses at great prices. Bought a great pillow top mattress for 250 dollars and also a box spring for 100 to go with the mattress and later found out that I didn't need the box spring. Mr Mattress was very kind and refunded me back the 100$ even though the return policy, I think, is no refund. He was very nice and kind and refunded me the money for the box spring and delivered my mattress for free. I recommend this place to everybody. If you purchase another mattress anywhere else, you've paid too much. more

I looked and compared quality/price all over re: a King mattress and boxspring. Glenn at Mr. Mattress directed me to an excellent product at a great price. I will recommend him over and over to friends and family for this kind of purchase. more

i was referred to mr mattress by a friend, and was a little sceptical because the prices sounded to good to be true. When i arrived the salesmen were excellent and informative, they didnt pressure me at all and allowed me time to try as many mattresses as i wanted, and trust me they had about 50 to choose from. I had shopped all the mattress stores in the area, but mr mattress had them beat by a long way in every aspect. Ask for Logan, he helped me and on top of the unbeatable price i got he also gave me a free delivery. They have earned me as a customer for life more

I was so disappointed with the other stores because they never "positively" answered my questions, it was always about them selling me the most expensive. So, I was telling one of my friends that I need a really good mattress set without paying an astronomical price and he told me about a mattress set that he just purchased from Mr. Mattress and I should check them out. I went in not really knowing what to expect. I met the owner of the store and he was the nicest person ever; he answered my questions, he showed me different brands (with different prices) and he took his time with me. He didn't rush me or use any "sales pitches"...he was just real. That meant so much to me that I purchased a mattress set that day! The delivery driver set up my new bed and I've been sleeping like an angel ever since. I've already recommended them to other friends! Good hospitality, patience and honesty go a long way!! more

I had been too many mattress stores over the past couple of months and was uncomfortable with the prices and the sales people on the floor. They seemed a bit too slick and not too interested in helping me find the best one available - probably because, despite the large amount of room in their show space, they had limited selections available. Ordering from their catalog was not an option. more

He suggested a couple of mattress types and, in the end, recommended one that was less expensive. By the way, the mattress prices are low - I ended up spending less than $1,000. more
