Mr. Mattress is a joke. I ordered a Box Springs from them two months ago tomorrow. I Still don't have the Box Springs. They delivered a foundation once and I called to explain that this was not the item I ordered. They said they would have someone out to retrieve it the next day. One month later I had to load the foundation on my own car and return it. He promised me I would have the Box springs that day. As I sit here typing this he has closed up and gone home and failed to deliver the Box Springs. I will scream to the heavens until my dying day Do Not Buy From Mr. Mattress Sandy Springs again.
