Excellent 3/4/2014

Jim did a fantastic job. I needed the front door of my apartment repaired. After being told I would have to wait a week, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told Jim would be over in an hour. The door looks good as new. Great job! more

Reliable and worry-free! 2/18/2014

Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG is great. I've used them about three times in the last 11 years. This last time, I called them up when I had some issues I needed to be taken care of, and they came out the very next day. Scott came to do the work, and he was just fantastic. He was patching holes in drywall for us, and he did the job faster than I've ever seen anyone patch drywall. He was fast and efficient, and he did the job correctly! They are very reliable, and that's why I like using them. It's worry-free. I don't have to worry about getting anything fixed after they come. We've used other services where the workers have been scatterbrained, but the people from Mr. Handyman know what they're doing and do it right. It's fantastic! more

I highly recommend them 12/26/2013

Mr. Handyman is on time, honest, and professional. The repairman they sent out gave me a walk-through and showed me all of his work when he was done and I ran into no problems. He told me exactly how much time it would take for him to complete the job and didn't waste any of it. I watched him work and he was very skilled and thorough. He replaced the trim on my garage, re-zipped the siding of my house, and cleaned the exterior filters of my laundry room. This is my first time using Mr. Handyman and I'm very happy with the final results. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future. more

Mr. Handyman is really, really good. They're always on time and very communicative about the work they do for you, which I really like. What I like most is that this makes them reliable. You call them and they just show up and give you a reasonable window of time that they'll take to complete the job, giving you a heads-up of whatever steps they need to take along the way. Scotty has done everything from replacing the plumbing and coolant in my bathroom to installing a new mailbox on a flat pole outside of my home for me. He's a very innovative, careful, and courteous handyman. His pricing is fair and he has a great attitude. I'd definitely recommend them! Quick to respond. Diligent and quality work. 11/21/2013

We have been very pleased with the work that we receive from Mr. Handyman. As a full disclosure, I wasn't there when they actually did the work, but from how my wife described their professionalism and from what I've observed, they provide a very good service. My wife mentioned that the serviceman who came most recently was very diligent in the way he went from one task to another. From the results, that definitely seems apparent. We have used Mr. Handyman for a variety of projects, such as, flattening out a porch vinyl ceiling, installing a doorbell, working on dry wall, and installing knobs for doors and cabinets. What I particularly like about Mr. Handyman as opposed to other handy businesses is that they are good about scheduling. They are quick to respond whenever we call. I would for surely recommend their services. My wife is happy with their work, and when my wife is happy, I'm happy. We've been very satisfied. Jim was on time, assessed the situation, went right to work, covered my furniture and flooring, and finished the job very well. My husband and I were more than very pleased! He was courteous, professional, and fixed our ceiling beam to make the room look great again...and safe! Very impressed with the service and quality of the work. Professional, friendly handyman--always has a smile on his face 8/30/2013

I've used Jim from Mr. Handyman twice because he's always on time, friendly, and does good work. He put chaulk around my tub, fixed some issues with my toilet, drywalled and painted a hole in my wall from a mounted TV, and changed some really high light bulbs in the ceiling. I am very pleased with his work. I figured since he gets paid hourly, he would waste time to get more money but he doesn't--he does what he needs to do. Punctual, efficient, professional, excellent 8/27/2013

Technician & helper arrived punctually & worked efficiently. All work was completed in a professional manner. Clean-up was excellent. Technicians communicated clearly in order to complete tasks to my satisfaction. I must mention that the hourly rate for the helpers was high in my opinion. Very competent and skilled 7/26/2013

Rob of Mr. Handyman came and did a list of odds and ends, such as fixing drawers. He worked very efficiently and completed all the tasks on the list in the time I asked him to finish them in. He was very nice and friendly and did a great job. We were very happy. We would use them again. Their technicians are very competent, skilled, and know what they are doing. They were very professional and within two or three days after calling someone was coming out to work on the things we needed done. Very easy to work with.
