I hired Mr. Handyman to create and install a wood cover for my circuit box panel and to install 4 doors in my newly finished basement. I had another company do the framing and drywall, which I regret now. I wish I had hired Mr. Handyman and had used them for the whole project. When I first called them I was more concerned about price (They're not the cheapest), not overall quality and value. What a mistake. The other company did mediocre work and showed up when they wanted to, costing me time off work and use of my vacation time.\r
I later hired Mr. Handyman for the listed finish work. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would and did a wonderful job. They even fixed a few of the other companies ""boo-boos"". I will use Mr. Handyman again and have highly recommended them to my coworkers and friends. I learned shopping for the ""cheapest"" price isn't always the best in the long run. Mr. Handyman's estimate was only about $120 more than the other but I would have saved about 12 hours of vacation time and the quality would have been far superior! DO NOT sacrifice quality for a few dollars saved! Hire a professional from the start! A company that looks great and acts great shows that they really care about their reputation! Check out Mr. Handyman. Professional all the way! Learn from my mistake.
