I was very, very satisfied with everything. I will definitely use Mr. Electric of San Antonio again and if I ever need anything. The gentleman who came out to my house rewired the ceiling in the kitchen, fixed a burnt out motor in the bathroom, and also did a light fixture that we needed done. The manager of Mr. Electric of San Antonio's Spring Branch location, Darla, goes really out of her way to help customers. We had a bad electrical storm at our house and we were going to have to be without electricity for three days. Darla called my insurance company and took care of everything so that we could get things expedited. She went above and beyond. I think Mr. Electric is very customer oriented. The first time I used them they were courteous and professional. The second time when we were in crisis, like I said, they went above and beyond. They did things they didn't have to. We could have had a fire at our house and they made sure everything was taken care of quickly so we could stay in the house. Joe was one of the technicians who worked on that. And the other best thing was that I didn't have to be home; I trust them to be in my house when I'm not there. If there's any way to give Darla recognition, I'd be happy to help. She is just fantastic. She called me every two hours. That's how customer oriented they are. She is the best person I've ever dealt with in a situation like this and I want her to be recognized where she is. more

Impressive company to work with. 7/15/2013

This was my first experience with Mr Electric of San Antonio TX. I was very impressed and very happy with the work they did. They rewired our fuse boxes. They were very informative, and told me what to expect and they did exactly what they told me they were going to do. They finished in a timely manner. I would use them again. more

Based on the price, I could not recommend them. 6/24/2013

Mr. Electric's serviceman and everything was professional and fine, but the cost was obscene. It was far, far too expensive. They put in two light fixtures, one of which I supplied myself and the other that they supplied and bought. It should have been $200, but it was $400. They quoted me at around $350, even with a senior discount, which wasn't much of a discount. Then when they finished the work they added tax and charges so it was $400. I think that was much too expensive for two lighting fixtures. Based on the price, I could not recommend them. A happy customer. 11/21/2012

It was perfect. I had a lot of different things I needed to have done, from very small to fairly large electrical things. I had just bought a house, and Mr. Electric of San Antonio brought in a crew and handled things immediately. They installed new handles, drops, plugs, and a hanging chandelier. It was all done perfectly, and everything worked the first time out. I can't really complain at all. I am going to call them back soon to wire my backyard. more

Responsive and professional 4/16/2012

Our electrician was Juan. He showed up on time. He looked professional. He diagnosed our problems, proposed a solution, and did the work in a very competent manner. These guys will probably not be the cheapest electricians you could find. But, really, do you want to sleep in a house where maybe someone cut corners or did not really fix the problem? With electricity? I gladly paid the bill and have slept well since. more

I would like to commend Tony Ruiz from San Antonio Mr. Electric. The problem was an outside breaker casued some very confusing problems inside. 3/12/2012

I would like to commend Tony Ruiz for his professionalism in the fast and efficient repair of my home electrical problem on February 27, 2012. I am a little late in writing to tell you of his outstanding personal service. He exuded total confidence is his abilities to explain his diagnosis and the steps to repair the problem. I had some very specific questions, which he ably handled. Tony even went the extra distance to insure all surface areas were protected while he worked. Additionally, he was very thorough in making sure all areas were cleaned after he was complete. Our electrical system is working well and we are very pleased with the outcome. Tony Ruiz possesses highly developed technical and personal skills. He is an outstanding ambassador for Mr. Electric. more

The young man that came out from Mr. Electric was very, very nice. I would rate him a 10! He was definitely a keeper. He came out and gave me a quote on what I needed, but I have not been able to come up with the money to do anything yet because it's more than I have and can afford. That's the only thing holding me back, but I highly recommend them. The only reason I haven't done anything is because I haven't had the money to do it, and I'm living on a property where the owner isn't willing to pay for it, so I'm sort of between a rock and a hard place. more

I have been using Mr. Electric, and all the umbrella companies, to great satisfaction. I usually ask for Tony, because he does such a great job for me. This last time he came, he did some overhead lighting for me. It was kind of a messy job that involved putting holes in the ceiling. Tony told me, "I know it's a messy job, but I will clean it all up". I went away then, and didn't come back until he had finished. He had done a wonderful job with the installation, and the cleanup. I was very pleased. I have used Tony for four different jobs in the last three months. He is very professional and courteous. I'm very finicky about clean up, and he always takes special care in that area. Any time I have an occasion to recommend Mr. Electric, I do. I have handed out their magnets to all of my neighbors. Best anywhere 7/29/2011

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Mr. Electric for installation of a light fixture. My 45+ year-old house required extensive electrical repair and maintenance, and after the superb work he did on the fixture, I requested Tony for the needed major work. Ive been dealing with this company for almost a year now and have been overwhelmingly satisfied with everyone representing them. Their rates are fair and competitive, and calling for service is always a pleasure, thanks to Angies unfailing cheerfulness and willingness to work with my schedule. Throughout the years, I have never encountered anyone with more skill, competence, and professionalism than Tony. He graciously worked with me in making decisions about various fixtures, and Im thrilled with the results of his suggestions. I have confidence that my house is safe and the satisfaction of knowing that should any electrical need arise, peace of mind is just a phone call away. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else. more

Very good work at an OK price 5/20/2011

Received a thorough estimate upfront and they agreed to start same day. The work was not considered 'emergency work' and entailed enhancements to the existing building electrical system. Although I thought the price a little high, I agree to the work. Two electricians (Ivan & Roger) arrived soon after and worked steadily to complete the project. Work was done well and in a timely manner with no known issues. Materials used were industry standard quality. Wire routing in the breaker panel was neat and orderly. As required of the project, they crawled through the attic space, drilled through masonry walls, pulled cable and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and courteous. more

It is very refreshing in these time to have a service company be courteous when making an appoitment, arrive at the appointed time do a great job in a timely fashion and charge a reasonable price for services renderd.
