The manager of Mr. Electric of San Antonio's Spring Branch location, Darla, goes really out of her way to help customers. We had a bad electrical storm at our house and we were going to have to be without electricity for three days. Darla called my insurance company and took care of everything so that we could get things expedited. She went above and beyond.
I think Mr. Electric is very customer oriented. The first time I used them they were courteous and professional. The second time when we were in crisis, like I said, they went above and beyond. They did things they didn't have to. We could have had a fire at our house and they made sure everything was taken care of quickly so we could stay in the house. Joe was one of the technicians who worked on that. And the other best thing was that I didn't have to be home; I trust them to be in my house when I'm not there.
If there's any way to give Darla recognition, I'd be happy to help. She is just fantastic. She called me every two hours. That's how customer oriented they are. She is the best person I've ever dealt with in a situation like this and I want her to be recognized where she is.
