The staff at Mr. Drain Plumbing Has been very helpful in fixing our drainage problems. Not only they promptly answered our call but they also were able to explain what was happening with details as to why we were experiencing so many backups in our basement (tree roots). Also they proposed to do the job internally without having to dig and since completion we haven't had any problem related to this. I called Mr. Drain after reading all the great reviews... I had a clogged sewer line Technician came out fast he snaked out 60 ft of line and told me it was further than he could go and from using his camera told I had a broken pipe. He said I needed a cleanout installed for a measly a $750.00 he dug a hole where he thought the break was I didn’t see any hole but could see small roots wrapped around pipe where a seem was. The Technician then took a solid metal pipe and busted threw my clay pipe!! This was started at 12:30 pm and not finished until 11:30 pm Tech left my house twice once to get supplies and second time to get another call I had to call office to get him back. The next morning I went out to look at my new cleanout just to find a 3 in. ABS pipe sticking 7 in. out of the ground with a rubber plug on it. This story gets worse before getting better. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Drain to my worst enemy more

I called Mr. Drain Plumbing yesterday because one of my basement pipes burst overnight and I woke up to a minor flood. The technician arrived within the hour, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the pipe repaired within a few hours and even mopped up all the water from our basement floor. I was very impressed with job performed by Mr. Drain Plumbing and will be using their services in the future if required. more

I wanted to replace my old lead water line from the house to upgrade my service. I took confirmation from several companies but the company of Mr Drain Plumbing came in accurate time with reasonably price. Mr Drain Plumbing knew exactly what they were talking about the problem, which came in changing the water line. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The crew came and completed the job in a one day and everything was cleaned up and back in looking normal. I am very pleased with this company. more

After calling many plumbers regarding connecting my sewer line to the backyard for a future cabana I called Mr Drain Plumbing. Others did not want to deal with the project and did not even bother to show up. Mr Drain not only showed up but completed the project on a very short timeline. He was professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. Despite breaking thorugh concrete and digging a trench through my back yeard, you would not even have know he was there when it was done. I called Mr. Drain Plumbing about a month ago, due to a standing clog in the sink of my bathroom. They were able to send someone out within twenty-four hours to take care of the problem. He was polite and professional, and took care of the problem in no time at all. In fact, he even inspected the rest of the plumbing for free, to make sure that everything was okay. Mr. Drain Plumbing completely changed our sewer pipes, concrete floors set up, fixed our house sewer and drain from the street. They did this job in the month of January. It was very cold and they were fast. They can handle any kind of plumbing problem and they work quickly. Response time is always less than 24 hours on the job. Just want to say thanks to Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for coming to my family rescue yesterday morning. We had a copper pipe burst about 6 am, we called plumber out the phone book no one answered then we went to the net and found this company they had a live person to answer the phones and dispatch a truck out ASAP and fix the leak.
