I called Mr. Drain after reading all the great reviews... I had a clogged sewer line Technician came out fast he snaked out 60 ft of line and told me it was further than he could go and from using his camera told I had a broken pipe. He said I needed a cleanout installed for a measly a $750.00 he dug a hole where he thought the break was I didn’t see any hole but could see small roots wrapped around pipe where a seem was. The Technician then took a solid metal pipe and busted threw my clay pipe!! This was started at 12:30 pm and not finished until 11:30 pm Tech left my house twice once to get supplies and second time to get another call I had to call office to get him back. The next morning I went out to look at my new cleanout just to find a 3 in. ABS pipe sticking 7 in. out of the ground with a rubber plug on it. This story gets worse before getting better. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Drain to my worst enemy
