Checked for leak and installed new toilet 10/6/2012

We had a great experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing from start to finish. Technician was the plumber who arrived at our house. He was so friendly and helpful. He did his best to explain everything to me in a way that would make sense, as I know little to nothing about plumbing, and gave us good advice for keeping the job as low-cost as possible. The work was done very professionally and meticulously and he cleaned everything up perfectly. Thanks Mr. Drain Plumbing! more

We had a great experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing from start to finish. Technician was the plumber who arrived at our house. He was so friendly and helpful. He did his best to explain everything to me in a way that would make sense, as I know little to nothing about plumbing, and gave us good advice for keeping the job as low-cost as possible. Leak detection service 10/4/2012

I had a major leak in the main water pipe at my house today and took a chance on Mr. Drain Plumbing based on the reviews. It was the kind of problem where you don't have time to get 2-3 vendors out to quote the problem, it needed to be fixed right there and then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing technician he came out in a short time, friendly and professional, assessed the problem and offered a solution, which meant cutting into our brick and concrete to get to the pipe. I was very happy with the results and what impressed me most was the way they treated me and motivated me in that situation. It was a good experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing and thank you for help. more

Plumbing and drain repair 10/4/2012

Mr. Drain plumbing technician Raymond showed up promptly. Raymond was very professional. He put on booties over his boots so he didn't dirty my floors. I was very impressed with that. He looked neat and well groomed. After Raymond looked at the problem he told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and the price. As I watched him work, he was very pleasant and explained what he was doing in detail step by step. He was very patient with all my questions I had. When the job was finished he cleaned up and left my bathroom cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Mr. Drain plumbing and Raymond!!! more

Broken pipe joint 9/19/2011

Our pipes froze in the mid January blackout and one of the pipe connections broke. We found Mr Drain Plumbing on internet and the member of this company came within an hour of our call and fixed it within 30 minutes of being here. They knew what they were doing and even helped us unclog a drain, even though "I don't usually do drains." Thanks, Mr Drain Plumbing. more
