Mr. Drain plumbing technician Raymond showed up promptly. Raymond was very professional. He put on booties over his boots so he didn't dirty my floors. I was very impressed with that. He looked neat and well groomed. After Raymond looked at the problem he told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and the price. As I watched him work, he was very pleasant and explained what he was doing in detail step by step. He was very patient with all my questions I had. When the job was finished he cleaned up and left my bathroom cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Mr. Drain plumbing and Raymond!!!
