Repairman had to take machine apart due to a bolt that was unreachable. Interesting experience seeing the inner workings of the dryer. Repairman very patient and personable, taking the time to explain how the darn thing worked. more

I called describing our problem at 8:30 a.m. and by 12:15 p.m. the technician arrived at our front door. He quickly saw the source of the problem went to his truck and brought back a part to replace the rusted one. The new part, he pointed out, was made from rust-proof material, an advancement the manufacturer implemented only after other owners of the same refrigerator reported the same problem. The price certainly was not cheap, but I was told the cost upfront, and the work was efficient and competently performed. I figured you get what you pay for. Jim also told me the coupon would apply before I asked about it. Other service providers I have used with coupon offers did not mention the coupon until I did, hoping I would forget it. more

Mr Appliance was efficient, as timely as possible considering the holiday, and professional. We had a coupon which considerably (over half) reduced the cost of the service call(s) and repair.\r \r more

It works! It works! It actually works! Since the installation of the new damper assembly our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. Thank you for your diligence in this difficult repair and not giving up like the other companies did. Take care. more

All was attended to the same day I called and Tech Mike could not have done a better job at attending to the problem quickly and efficiently. He didn’t charge us for the visit but we were pleased with him. He said if anything happens, to give him a call. He came over and the refrigerator was working at the time and he didn’t even charge us for the trip. We will call him back if it quits working again. He was there on time. We think he got held up in traffic but that was okay because he was here by 5 o’clock. He was very professional. We will use him again in the future if we need to. more

Really great service and quick response time. Everything was so easy from the time I called until the technician had my washing machine working again. The best part was that he was able to fix it right away - was only without my washer for a day. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again and recommend them to anyone that needs to have an appliance fixed. more

Very happy with the service. I called this morning and they had someone come out this afternoon. The tech (Jared) was very polite and had the part needed to fix the problem with my 9 year old Maytag washer. He also repaired the ice cube maker on my Maytag fridge. Cost a little more than I would have liked, but it was repaired on the same day I called so it was worth it. more

I lived in the same house for 30 yrs. and over those years have had many, many repairs by numerous companies. Never have I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience as I did with Mr. Appliance. From the person who answers the phone to Mike, the tech who came to my home, they couldn't be more polite, understanding, completely honest and fair with their pricing, efficient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about them. They make you feel like family. I can honestly say that I highly recommend them. Mike, the tech who came to my home far exceeded any other companies tech I have EVER had. I am so thrilled to have found this company and will never use any one else.
