Review content:
The worst moving experience I've ever had. They provided inferior move-management (inappropriate and unreliable vehicles, understaffed movers and packers, poor packing with more breakage than I've experiences in over 10 moves) as well as appalling customer service (blamed me for their shortcomings, would not return my calls, then failed to ever follow up with me). The only reason I did not stop payment on my checks was that they came recommended as ""good Christians"". As such, I reasoned that everyone's entitled to a bad day or problem-riddled project and that Move Masters would take action to right their wrongs (or at least call and say 'whoops! sorry!'). Not. One. Peep. Ever. Boy, was I dumb.
