The first time I came by Mt View was when I had a tire blow out on me. I actually was near another Nissan dealership, but they were not very helpful or friendly. I got my spare put on my car and stopped by Mt View. Charlie Cobb greeted me with a smile and got a new tire put on my lease. I have been fortunate to have him assist me with both visits. This last visit I just needed a service. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. He has exceptional customer service and an asset to your dealership. I hope this gets noted in his personnel record, because he needs to be acknowledged. I also love the waiting space and was able to continue to work while I waited at the bar space. The outlets were a bonus to be able to charge my phone. more

My Car had to be towed in to Mtn View. I spoke\r with Charlie Cobb on the phone,to let him know the car was being towed in, he was very professional.\r Greg spoke with my husband on the phone explaining\r what they had found wrong. I talked to Greg when I picked the car up. He explained everything that was done and he said if I had any problems to call back. He was also very professional and helpful. more

The problem began about 3 years ago and finally the wiring to the alternator is changed. I have been stranded by this situation several times. This car is a 2011 Juke with 23K miles, and it was mfg'd with a device which did not begin to charge until the car had been driven 10 miles. I live in an area where I am within 6 miles of anything I need. I do not drive 10 miles to shop, worship, buy groceries, drugstore or any other services. This problem has been very disturbing, and I am troubled that the problem was not resolved until this week. Charlie was great and I appreciate his knowledge and caring attitude. more
