Review content:
The first time I came by Mt View was when I had a tire blow out on me. I actually was near another Nissan dealership, but they were not very helpful or friendly. I got my spare put on my car and stopped by Mt View. Charlie Cobb greeted me with a smile and got a new tire put on my lease. I have been fortunate to have him assist me with both visits. This last visit I just needed a service. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. He has exceptional customer service and an asset to your dealership. I hope this gets noted in his personnel record, because he needs to be acknowledged. I also love the waiting space and was able to continue to work while I waited at the bar space. The outlets were a bonus to be able to charge my phone.
