I was greeted by Greg and he was very friendly and found my appointment and proceeded to determine any issues that I had and then invited me to the waiting lounge. When my vehicle was ready he explained everything to me. I was very pleased with my service. more

It was awesome. As soon as we drove in an Service Manager was there to greet us. I am sorry I can not remember his name. Very helpful with the issue at hand for bad windshield wipers on the front. With us just driving the car off the lot le than 3 weeks ago that should not happen. We still have not received the tag for the car and looks like we will have to go back the dealer again for another drive out tag. This drive out tag expires Saturday the 13th. Overall the car is wonderful and I love it. Took it to the Pigeon Forge, TN this past weekend and did excellent on gas mileage as was as expected. more
