I was impressed with Motivated Movers from the beginning. They were recommended to me by one of the leasing consultants at my apartment complex.
I called and spoke to one of the owners, who gave me an overview of the pricing and how things worked. He was so professional that I automatically had faith and trust in the company.
By the end of the conversation, I was not concerned about getting other quotes. I knew that I wanted to use Motivated Movers because I was that impressed with their customer service on the phone.
Everything went smoothly. The two gentlemen who did the move were very courteous and respectful.
They allowed me to be in charge and, once I told them where I wanted everything, they knew exactly what to do. If they had any questions, they asked me first.
I would definitely recommend Motivated Movers. They were professional and things worked out exactly as I expected.
