STAY AWAY from this business, Hooman Toyota in Long Beach!\r I bought a car from there and it was the worst mistake in my life!\r They try to pretend they care about their ""customers"" and want to give you the\r ""best service"" but what they really do, once they have your money, is lie,\r steal and forget who you are. \r I was a total victim of their scandal by the Owner Rayan, Sales manager Julie\r and Finance manager Bobby. BUYERS BEWARE!\r \r Julie the Sales manager, is extremely pushy. If you are a first time buyer\r or don't know your Rights, you will be taken advantage of just like me.\r She used my personal information without my permission and kept telling me\r she would ""fix my credit"" so I can get a loan. I didn't ask or want that.\r Then Bobby the Finance manager lied to me telling me I can't drive my car off\r the lot unless I buy GAP insurance. I didn't want GAP. I was also told\r I had to leave a BLANK personal check for ""good faith"" to towards my \r down payment on my car. I now know, that is illegal too. \r \r Bobby and Julie both told me, my new car would be under\r my friends name just for ""paperwork"" but when I come back they will change\r it to my name. I didn't know at that time, THAT IS illegal.\r \r They SIGNED my name on my check that was NOT TO BE USED but and claimed it was\r an error. When I requested my money back and wanted to return the car, no one\r returned my calls or even looked at me when I went back to the dealership.\r They were ""busy with clients"".\r \r I took my compliant to Rayan, Co-Owner, and he's even worse! He NOT ONLY\r laughed at my frustrations, but shrugged it off and said, ""what do you want me\r to do?"" I told him, give me my money and take the car back, I was lied to\r and he told me sorry there was nothing he can do. I talked to the \r Customer Liaison, and she never returned my call or would come down from upstairs\r to speak with me, everyone was told all concerns were to go through Rayan whenever\r I tried to speak with anyone else.\r \r I now realize this is a SCAM and I have been a victim, just like those horrible\r stories I've heard. My family and friends and I have been buying Toyotas for\r DECADES, But not anymore. Hooman Toyota has destroyed all the good trusting\r representation of Toyota I've ever had and my friends and family's. \r \r Take your business elsewhere when buying a vehicle, Toyota doesn't care and allow\r this corruption because all they want is your money! more

I have 3 separate service complaints with Hooman Toyota of Long Beach. 1.) Last year I took my vehicle in to check out an unusual sound coming from the rear driver's wheel, after inspection I was told that there was a nail in the tire, but they were unable to find anything else wrong with the wheel. I left Hooman and went to my tire store across town and was immediately informed by the store manager that the lug nuts were only hand tight on the wheel. After replacing the tire I went back to Hooman and they denied loosening the lug nuts. 2.) Last year I purchased a replacement passenger side rear view mirror from Hooman. I was unable to affix the mirror properly to the motor assembly so I took it to their service department and asked them to install it. They informed me that the mirror assembly motors were not working and that I would have to replace the entire assembly. 3.) Last year I had Hooman replace the passenger side window bezel. The new bezel was not installed correctly and it continues to come loose. I have repeatedly contacted both Hooman and Corporate Toyota regarding my claims with no resolution. Yesterday, after approximately one year I returned to Hooman for an oil change. I mentioned the mirror to the service representative and he ordered a new mirror with the stanchions and indicated that he would attempt to have the tech replace them but if it didn't work they would need to replace the entire assy. I agreed. Today the part came in and I brought the vehicle in for the mirror repair and it worked. I went from the service department over to the customer relations department and spoke with Tina Murillo. She indicated that by them replacing the new stanchions they had ""accommodated"" my service need(s). I explained that they had not addressed my other two issues and that I just paid for a part for the second time. She made no effort to make it right. I have since contacted Corporate Toyota and informed them of my concerns. Primarily that the wheel could have come off when I left their store and I may have died more

am a former Finance Manager and this place is about as bad as it gets. David Barackman lied about the income when I was hired by 50% and he belittles all of the Finance Managers with his negative words and facial expressions as he is extremely miserable. Hooman flat out stole money from my paycheck and say ""too bad, do whatever you want to do"" and hung up on me. They sell used vehicles as new and when I told them, nobody cared or listened. The offices, restrooms and lunchroom are disgusting from tripping on the torn carpet to the smell of a stinky wet dog in the lunchroom and the bathrooms either have a trash can touching the toilet seat or splash the seat soaking wet when you flush, all of which its so disgusting. Hooman even lied about me in a blog stating that I had 3 kids when I have one! They have hardly any banks that will do their financing as Wells Fargo won't do business with them and I even heard that Toyota Financial cut them off until they put more money into their account! If you trade in your vehicle, expect to have to call and bug them to pay it off for about a month because their policy is to pay them off in 21 days which is way too long. Rumor has it that Hooman needs to use the money for as long as possible. Employees get paid at 7:30pm on payday, so if you are off early, you have to wait until the next day to get your check. And they don't give it to you, you have to go and find it! There are so many bugs flying around the offices, that you cannot leave a drink there for a second unless you want a bug or two in it, because the place is so dirty. They smoke right in front of the doors so the showroom floor smells like a bar filled with smoke. All of the air caps are stolen off of the employees cars parked out front for some strange reason. more

I purchased two vehicles from hooman toyota in which both are running great, during the process of buying my prius and sienna i was having trouble finding a particular package. i had checked out a few dealers prior to visiting hooman toyota and they had neither in stock, however, hooman toyota had a pretty wide selection of their models and colors. Payments were also a little lower than what i was expecting because they had a season sale and over customer service was good, i was satisfied on my end with my purchase more

I was involved in a bad accident a few months ago where somebody side swiped me, i need a whole new door panel, since i bought my car from Hooman i decided to get my car repaired at their body shop located at the service department.... they did a great job repairing it... the paint was done perfectly matching with the rest of the color of the car and the part was replaced and installed very neatly where you couldnt even tell that i was in an accident, they also finished the job earlier than i was expecting and told, very professionally done and satisfied with the service. more

Body shop did a great job on my Prius, i was invloved in an accident a few months ago where i car side swiped me and i need new paint all along the righ side of my car, they matched the paint perfectly and took out all of the minor dents, also, the job was done earlier than i was told, they finished it in less than a week which was super convenient for me, good quality work done! more

I bought both my Toyotas from Hooman and cant say i am not happy with my purchase, their staff was pretty understanding with my wants and needs and did go out of their way to make me happy, their financing department went through everything with me in the contract and did not sugar coat anything, over all it was a good purchase more

Abolutely love their service department, always quality work done on my truck, i bought a Toyota Tacoma from them and get all of my maintenance done their. Get my free car wash as well everytime i get my car serviced so thats awesome! Their body shop does also do wonderful and quality jobs, i got into an accident not too long ago where i need a new bumper and they put one on for me with new set of paint and everything and it looked perfect, quality work. more
