I have been a client for many years, and although I continue to visit this salon for my manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials, I have to say in all honesty, the whole ambiance has changed. First of all, there are too many people behind the front desk and this is very overwhelming - especially to new customers! Sometimes the girls are just sitting around talking. I think you need to hire more "mature" girls who can handle the books better and not chew gum and listen to the radio. I happen to adore the quiet tapes that echo the sounds of waterfalls and the ocean. No need for a radio! Personally, I miss Erica and Heidi because they greeted you by name and knew your services and needs. Front end staff keeps changing and my appointments have been botched up twice in the past two months. The technicians are wonderful, and that is what I pay these high prices for! I used to enjoy relaxing in the back lounge and even nibbling on fresh fruit. I suggest that you vary the snacks. It is boring to see donuts and bagels evey time I visit. I also miss the lit candles in the fall and winter months. That was just so wonderful! To the owner....please get some new furniture in the lounge. One chair is broken and one couch SINKS when anyone sits! I love the decor, but it needs to be "freshened" up. The pictures look old already! The reason I comment on all these things is because for these prices, I expect to feel like a queen, and I used to when I first started coming. I know that there are several salons now and maybe when the owner is not around, things are just a tiny bit lax. Who knows? My boyfriend made an appointmenent for couple massage on the day before Valentine's Day. He made the appointment two weeks advance. We both were very excite for that evening. However, when we arrived on time for our 7pm appointment, people in the front desk looked nervous and seemed like they didn't know what to do. And later we found out they have only 2 spa room for couples. They were overbooked and should tried to contact with the clients, so they can rearrage their appointment and their plan. The manager there, seem doesn't even care how their clients feels or needs. And they told us to rearrange for an appointment for next time , This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! and I told my boyfirend we are not going back to that salon. Poor management and Poor customer service. Ladies, I will not recommended this salon! A Big "NO" more
