Worst moving experience ever, this company gets paid in full prior to move and then its literally extortion and blackmail tactics to finally get your belongings.....Do not use this company more

moving with this company was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer, they were paid in full prior to the act ail move, however on the day our container was due to be delivered , Morales. Moving informed us they had incurred al kinds of additional expenses, ....they demanded thousands more from us to deliver our things and we we did not pay them in CASH they would be forced to store our moving container and charge us for storage , this they sent us a bill for of 5000.00' we were so desperate and horrified by our treatment and intimidation by this company and because they had everything we owned we were forced to pay them an additional 2000.00 to move our belongings to our new home, it was a horrible experience and was so stressful for me and my husband that we could not enjoy our new home.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT WAS OUR WORST NIGHTMARE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND THIEVES AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF POEPLE WHEN THEY ARE IN A VERY VUNERABLE SITUATION! ...... more

Good experience so far. They moved by office. Still have furniture in storage. Pros: professional and flexible, nice guys. more

I had a pretty good experience with these guys. They even stored my furniture for a few days in their warehouse before it was shipped out to Austria. My brother also used them to move to Oregon. Pros: Good service, on time. i'd use them again. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first move Morales did for us involved packing a single family home and store all boxes and furniture in their storage for 3 months. After 3 monts when delivering to our new home, over 9 boxes were missing and furniture (buffet, table, ...) came back severely damaged. The second move involved packing and unpacking a 2 bedroom condo in the same day. Even with this simple move a box with precious items (and valuable) went ""missing"". Claims for both damaged/missing items moves went unanswered and Morales now ""does not remember"" he did these 2 moves for us. As a result he is refusing any damage payment for these 2 moves even though they were fully insured. A company like this lacking even the most basic ethics should not be in business. more
