Car Was Done Sooner Than Promised 2/3/2011

I took my car to Moore because they where highly recommended buy a friend of mine for a check engine light on in my Lexus. They did the repair for half of what the dealer wanted to charge me & had my car back to me faster then they had promised. I will be bringing back my Lexus & all my other car's to Moore Automotive. more

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE.....!!!! 1/31/2011

As most people know that you get ripped off from Auto Repairs shops...BUT seriously, I had just moved to the area and I needed to have my car repaired, you know the usual..oil changes and tire rotation. When I had walked into the shopped -It was very cleaned, even more shocking the restroom was clean and very use-able. The staff was very nice and was able to assist me right away. During the period that was waiting I was offered a coffee and asked if I was hungry. As, I was waiting their was an elder couple that had came in, the two people behind the counter ran to the door to hold it open for them and showed them the up most respect and helped them...I was shocked.Now I have been taking my car there for the past couple of months. It is nice to walk into a business and they know you by your first name and just take your keys and start on your car!\r \r more

They Only Do What Is Needed, Nothing Bogus 1/20/2011

I know they know what they are doing. They won't manufacture a bunch of bogus repairs that I don't need! more

They provide high quality, timely, and cost effective service - a better deal all around than the Honda dealership - and all of their work is better quality than the dealership. more

High ratings 1/4/2011

I've been taking my 1999 Honda Accord sedan here for service since I bought it back in 1999 - instead of the Honda Dealership. Word of mouth for this place - along with high ratings from Washington Consumers Checkbook led me to try them. more

Very reasonable bill 12/28/2010

I dropped the vehicle off yesterday about 1:00 pm. VA State Safety was ready 24.5 hours later. I picked up the vehicle today at 1:30 pm - paid a very reasonable bill - and proceeded to head off to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles to renew my auto registration. more

Repair work was well done 11/4/2010

I had an excellent experience most recently with Moore to reupholster the driver's seat in my car. Doug Robinson was my contact into Moore. In a professional and courteous manner, Doug took care of my car as well as ensuring transportation to and from my house. The repair work was well done. As a result I recommended you to a friend. more

Smaller business who relies on their repuation, 8/23/2010

My sister swears by Moores. All along, she has told me that when I am ready, I need to look no further than Moores because you can trust them. They do take care of you and try their best to make you happy. My experience with them was awesome and I can pretty much guarantee it.If you spend any time there-it's a small business that relies a lot on their reputation. I will go back-without a doubt. more

They provide high quality, timely, and cost effective service - a better deal all around than the Honda dealership - and all of their work is better quality than the dealership. I think they only work on imports - check ahead to see if they service your make and model of vehicle.\r \r more
