My sister swears by Moores. All along, she has told me that when I am ready, I need to look no further than Moores because you can trust them. They do take care of you and try their best to make you happy. My experience with them was awesome and I can pretty much guarantee it.If you spend any time there-it's a small business that relies a lot on their reputation. I will go back-without a doubt. more

The guys there are great! Very helpful & knowledgeable with my Acura.They have a wide variety of part on the shelf. They fixed my problem very quickly when another chop could not find the problem. I would definitely recommend them to any one with a car. I will be bringing all my car's to there shop from now on. more

AWESOME PLACE! 6/23/2011

As most people know that you get ripped off from Auto Repairs shops...BUT seriously.... I had just moved to the area...and I needed to have my car repaired, you know the usual..oil changes and tire rotation.... When I had walked into the shopped -It was very cleaned, even more shocking the restroom was clean and very use-able The staff was very nice and was able to assist me right away. During the period that was waiting I was offered a coffee and asked if I was hungry. As, I was waiting their was an elder couple that had came in, the two people behind the counter ran to the door to hold it open for them and showed them the up most respect and helped them...I was shocked.... Now I have been taking my car there for the past couple of months...It is nice to walk into a business and they know you by your first name and just take your keys and start on your car! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE.....!!!! YOU HAVE TO TRY IT OUT more

I was reccomened to Moore Automotive buy a friend of mine. I brought my car in & they treated me with the up most respect & where very friendly. As well as being very help full. There price was cheeper then the other shop's i went to. They even gave me a ride to my job & picked me up when my car was all taken care of. I will deffinatly be taking my Lexus back to Moore Automotive for all my automotive repairs. more

PEOPLE...PEOPLE...PEOPLE... Just let me tell you...I am a girl ...as people knew girls who go alone to a AUTO shop get ripped off...you know it happens...BUT.... I am new to the area and needed to have my Honda worked on...and a new head...plus lots of little things... When I first got there, I was SHOCKED...They had treated me with the up most respect and looked at my car right away...and had written me an honest quote...I was even told that if I could find a cheaper quote that they honor it..... Since it was going to take three day service, they gave me a renter car at no cost to me...and they didn't even charge me for every hour that was worked on the car they gave me an flat hourly fee...I was shocked...and very reasonable... So, now I take my car there...ACTUALLY...THEY COME PICK IT UP FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND DROP IT BACK OFF TO ME AT WORK...TALK ABOUT CONVIENCE.....WOW!!! SERIOUSLY CHECK THEM OUT!!! YOU MIGHT BE surprised!! more

Excellent service and super timely 6/15/2011

I used Moore Automotive as an alternative to the dealership for a 40k service on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Excellent service and super timely. Saved tons and now that I think about it, I got more done for less money at Moore than the dealership quoted. more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 6/8/2011

I find that everyone of these reviews 5 stars fishy. If you click on the people's ids that reviewed them, they all reviewed the exact same places and gave each place a 5. That's some shady practice going on. That being said. This place has bad customer service. They don't care for their's customer's time. I basically wasted a few hours at the shop only to be stood up by the person who was supposed to work on my car. On top of that, the owner refused to call me back and apologize personally and would not even give me a better deal on the job. He then goes on to say that all other shops are worthless and they will mess up my car. Again, don't listen to the other reviewers, there's something shady going on here. more

I had an excellent experience most recently with Moore to reupholster the driver's seat in my car. Doug Robinson was my contact into Moore. In a professional and courteous manner Doug took care of my car as well as ensuring transportion to and from my house. The repair work was well done. As a result I recommended you to a friend. more
