BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES -- UNHAPPY EX-EMPLOYEE says, ""Stay Away from this Company if you're looking for a job."" I worked for about a month at Moon Valley Software. If you are considering working for this company, I can only honestly say that from personal experience that you will be treated more as a means to an end than a person. I recommend finding work elsewhere. And if you do happen to get fired for calling in sick one day like I did, be sure to request your paycheck right then and there on the spot. According to California Labor Code -- Sections 201 and 227.3 -- an employer must pay an employee wages already earned immediately in the case of firing. Icon Lock-It XP is a very sound product for what it does. However, I'd really like to see a fully supported Windows 7 version, do they even make software like this anymore? more
