BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES -- UNHAPPY EX-EMPLOYEE says, ""Stay Away from this Company if you're looking for a job."" I worked for about a month at Moon Valley Software. If you are considering working for this company, I can only honestly say that from personal experience that you will be treated more as a means to an end than a person. I recommend finding work elsewhere. And if you do happen to get fired for calling in sick one day like I did, be sure to request your paycheck right then and there on the spot. According to California Labor Code -- Sections 201 and 227.3 -- an employer must pay an employee wages already earned immediately in the case of firing. I had to file a Wage Claim and STILL continue to await full payment from this employer. Stay away from this company and save yourself the headache I'm going through...
