Excellent service 7/5/2012

Steve Moon and his team worked with my husband and I on a major renovation of an old late 1800's farmhouse. Steve listened to our needs and understood our budget, and gave us options to allow us to expand on, and stay within our budget for the first renovation phase. Moon services was the only HVAC company that seemed to truly listen and understand both our requirements and budget, and was willing to work to meet both. more

a thank you to Moon (and esp. Paul) 4/20/2012

I have been using Moon as my residential HVAC provider for approximately 6 years (shortly after moving into Charlestown MD). I am always pleased with their courtesy, timeliness, responsiveness to an emergency, and technical knowledge. Their technicians (most recently Paul, on 6 April 2012) take the time to describe any problems so that I can make an informed decision. I have a technical background, and have done some laboratory HVAC during school - their technicians are able to explain the technical underpinnings of any problem (thus far), clearly articulating the information. I have come to be "spoiled", as I get great service at a reasonableprice, performed by technicians I trust. Regards, Mike Weibel more

Great Service! Love These Guys! 4/3/2012

We upgraded our heating and air conditioning system. The installers were great, and my kids loved Dave and Jeff. I was 100% comfortable with them in my home and they did a great job cleaning up. They even wore booties to protect my floors. Very happy! more

Very Pleased 11/10/2011

After receiving a conflicting diagnosis from 2 companies, I contacted Moon Air for a third opinion. I had been told by one company that my furnace was not safe and they shut the gas off so the furnace would not operate. Moon sent a technician out within 2 hours of my call requesting service. Hector took his time looking over my furnace and performing a safety check. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing. I thought I was going to have to replace my entire furnace, but after Moon came out, I was told my furnace was working fine and that I wouldn't need it serviced again for a year. I am very glad I contacted them. Thank you Moon Air! more

Moon Air - Good Company and Service 9/1/2011

We've been a customer of Moon Air for most of the 7 years we've been in our home. They are always prompt and thorough and on time. They provide clear explanations and seem very honest about what's needed to resolve issues. Their annual service calls are very good also. We had an issue with our furnace earlier this year and they provided options for us to choose from. We've always felt they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I highly recommend them. more

Moon Air A++++ 6/6/2011

Had the big the name HVAC company's in the Wilmington area give me an estimate for a new central AC system. They all cane in with very high quotes and were trying to sell stuff that was nit needed. Steve Moon provided me with an estimate that was thousands less. He didn't try to sell anything that was not needed. Good: Service people are patient and thorough. They take time to explain and even show the customer what needs to be done and why. This company is very customer-service-oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air-conditioning service and regular maintenance.. Bad: No complaints!. more

Moon Air Services a GOOD COMPANY 5/15/2011

Moon Air Services has serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for about 6 and a half of the seven years we've lived in our home. Moon Air came out to service our home during a heating emergency only 6 months after moving into a new home which the builder's service wouldn't assist with. We have been very satisfied with service since then. We feel that Moon Air is honest and is very thorough. The service people, installers, and management are honest and caring. We highly recommend Moon Air to anyone who is in need of a service company for heating and A/C systems. more

I've used Moon Air for 4years. They have always provided excellent service and have been here when scheduled which, has always been within a day of when I called. I come from a family of contractors and can attest that their prices are constantly lower than other AC contractors. The prompt curteous service, along with their prices make them the go to AC company for my family. more

My Experiences With Moon Air 7/8/2010

Moon Air has always exceeded my expectations. The entire staff (office and field technicians) are friendly, knowledgable and professional regarding heating and air conditioning systems. They take the time to explain all of the solutions. They show up on-time and accurately estimate how long the job will take. They even wear "booties" over their shoes so they don't track any dirt into your house. After they've finished the job and left, they're so neat that you'd never know they were there. more

GREAT SERVICE 5/27/2010

Service was prompt, professional . Tech. was very helpful and explain everything. Having Moon Air service our AC was such a positive experience we purchased a club membership. This is the first time we have had our system serviced /repaired and did not feel like we were screwed over! Only wish we had called Moon Air years ago! more

Unbeatable service 3/11/2010

Good: The initial contact with a real person who assured me their technician would be able to fix our oil burner problems.When the tecnician arrived and I described the problem he also assured me that he would be able to find and fix the problem.He was curteous, thorough and fast. In less than an hour he fixed what another company's tech's had spent 4 visits and about 9 hours working on without solving the problem. \. Bad: It really couldn't have been any better.. Other: I was very pleased that I could get a service contract immediately and get the advantages of the contract to apply to the tech's visit and the work he needed to do.. more
