I have been using Moon as my residential HVAC provider for approximately 6 years (shortly after moving into Charlestown MD). I am always pleased with their courtesy, timeliness, responsiveness to an emergency, and technical knowledge. Their technicians (most recently Paul, on 6 April 2012) take the time to describe any problems so that I can make an informed decision. I have a technical background, and have done some laboratory HVAC during school - their technicians are able to explain the technical underpinnings of any problem (thus far), clearly articulating the information. I have come to be "spoiled", as I get great service at a reasonableprice, performed by technicians I trust.
