Good, knowledgeable and courteous parts and service dept! 1/14/2011

I have not bought a bike here, but I have service done for my VTX cruiser. They are prompt and great to work with. Typical dealer rates, not bad, just normal. The parts and accessories dept upstairs is great! The staff is very helpful and prices are generally reasonable. Esspecially for a retail shop on the peninsula! I don't look forward to getting service on my bikes, of course :), but it helps to know I'm spending my money on service that will be handled prefessionally and competently. Thanks for being here guys! more

came in with son to look @ dirt bikes,dealer has used db's for more than new bikes.we finally agreed on a price for 2008 yamaha 250.them looked @ the fial price with freight assembly?and destination cost?combined both for $900,no thanks,went to 831 cycles down the street,they were very helpful with no bs.bought dirt bike for a great price. Cons: many more
