I have not bought a bike here, but I have service done for my VTX cruiser. They are prompt and great to work with. Typical dealer rates, not bad, just normal. The parts and accessories dept upstairs is great! The staff is very helpful and prices are generally reasonable. Esspecially for a retail shop on the peninsula! I don't look forward to getting service on my bikes, of course :), but it helps to know I'm spending my money on service that will be handled prefessionally and competently.
