I come here mainly for the exterior car washes, which costs between $9 - $17 depending on the wash package. You just can't beat the value! Much better then gas station car washes because they towel-dry every car and they do a better job. It is also great for people in a hurry because you drive your own car through the wash (my groceries and puppies stay in the car undisturbed!), they do a quick towel dry at the end, and I am out of there in 5 minutes. Very quick and courteous staff. Always do a great job. I like the monthly plan, especially in the winter and spring, it is the bargain of the century. It changed my whole way of thinking about car washes. To explain, I used to get my car washed every other week on Saturdays. However, if the weather forecast looked questionable I would defer and go the following. In joining the unlimited wash plan my credit card gets charged on the first of the month and I can go once a day, every day throughout the month if I want. Now I wash my car whenever I’m driving up RT 25 – I don’t care about the weather because my car is always clean. Also, instead of waiting to wash on Friday or Saturday when it’s really busy, I go during the week so I don’t waste my precious time – AWESOME! ?\r more

The location has been a car wash for years. The new owners removed the ancient equipment and put in all new equipment. They did a great job inside and out on my car and my car was completed quickly considering how many cars were in line before me. Definitely will be going back and recommend Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center to anyone looking for a great car wash.\r more

I am very happy with Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. I have 4 kids, so when I go in for a car wash needs to be quick. I?m always in/out and very satisfied. Also, they have two lanes, one for full service washes and one for exterior-only washes so you never get ?trapped? when you just want the exterior washed and then be on your way! more

I was very pleased with the service I received at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. It was my first time visiting so I was a little unsure how the whole process worked. The gentleman that approached my car was incredibly helpful. He explained my options in detail and even personally guided me to the cashier. Although the service was great, my vehicle came out slightly less than perfect. There is a quality control supervisor on the exit end of the tunnel who inspects each car before it leaves the site. He touched up a few spots here and there that needed a little extra attention before I was called to my car. My car was ridiculously dirty when I arrived on the site and all of my expectations were exceeded. I?m going to join their VIP Club on their website so I can capitalize on all the benefits (free 11th wash, free birthday wash, free 48-hour re-wash, and email coupons). This is now my regular car wash. more

Danny and his crew are the absolute BEST in this business! There is no better. My Jaguar XJ8 needed some TLC after being neglected for a while. I brought it to Danny who looked over the car with my when I dropped it off and he pointed out a few coffee stains on the tan carpet, and a number of scratches on the door. He said it would be $185 and that I would be pleased with the finished product. Needless to say, Danny knew what he was talking about. They did an amazing job. My car looks show room status and I am so thankful to Danny and his crew for their service and getting it done so quickly. The cheapest and most thorough car wash you will find anywhere. They clean the inside and outside for $16! These dudes work hard to get your car nice and clean. Don't be shy and tip them well. more

In preparation for a road trip, I brought my car in for a full detail here after a colleague recommended it. For no charge, the manager drove me to work down the street to drop me off while they worked on the car, cleaned it inside and out, and brought it back to me immaculate. The best part of the detailing job was the leather cleaning that took out 5 or so stains, and took off all the scratches off my car. I'm not sure how they did it, but all the minor and moderate scratches I had all over my car were erased and the exterior looks nearly brand new. The manager called me the next day and asked if there was anything that they missed, and if so that they would be happy to re-touch anything that wasn't up to my standards. The detailing is pricey (~$185 for a full detail, but very worth it - ESPECIALLY if you're selling your car). I have been impressed and happy with the results at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. It is clear that they are striving for perfection. more

EXCELLENT VALUE! Getting ready to sell an old cheap car we didn't really wish to spend $185 for a full detail. So...we got the $25 package and the car looks great inside and out. I am not sure how they make money since three different people spent about half an hour washing, drying, vacuuming, Armor-Alling, etc.??Waltzed right in on a Sunday morning and was in-and-out in about 30 minutes. Not sure how this could be a better value for the price. more

You can get ""the ultimate"" for $25! The equipment is well maintained. I've NEVER had any problems. Make sure you tip the crew that dry and add Armour-all to your car, because they're such hard workers for the minimum wage that they get paid! more

A very clean car. I haven?t got my car washed in a year. It was covered with everything you can imagine. When i left Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center it looked like new. They took the time to do it right. And the finished product shows that extra TLC they provide. I recommend them to my family and friends. more

Great car wash! Currently offer full service washes for between $15 and $25 depending on which extras you get in your wash package. But the best value is the express wax detail service, which is $50, but includes the $25 Ultimate full service wash. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. They also have compressed air to get the lingering water out of the doorjambs and mirrors, etc. Friendly people, tired looking building, state-of-the-art equipment inside, really good value. more

Ok. So I guess all the birds in Trumbull think my car is a toilet and poop all over it. I park in the street so yeah I wash my car frequently... BUT this place rocks. It's on my way home from work. It's fast. It?s CHEAP and the job gets done. I used to be afraid of drive thru washes, but I conquered my fear. They practically held my hand and talked me through it, so yes, this place is awesome! more

Brought my super dirty car here and cringed at the fact it had not been washed in weeks. Arriving early on Saturday (8 AM), to beat the crowds. I come here when I found myself anywhere near, or passing through. Always liked their efficiency at getting my car clean. Quick and thorough wash, then dried by another crew, watching as they toiled to get it clean and get it as close to perfect as they could. Something (like tree sap) stuck on the windshield and since I was near by I wandered up, he says you have some tree sap combined with pollen stuck here... Let me go get something to scrape it off. Going this extra mile, and in the morning... I am a fan! I recommend you give them a try! You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it! more

Phone scheduling was pretty gruff, but all in all I'm happy to have saved $25 on an Executive Detail and they did an awesome job. I guess I?m not used to the direct marketing. They did an EXCELLENT job detailing my TC and its fancy rims, and shed light on why there had been some peeling on one or two of the rims previously - having to do with chemicals left on too long at the last place I took it to. I only brought my car to that one unmanned car wash on Route 111 since my car was new in 2009, but they refused to assume responsibility for the damage. As a customer, I am confounded by the fact that only one car wash ever washed my car and now there is damage to the rims and they have no idea how this could have happened. I am sorry that I trusted a gas station wash instead of a full service car wash when my baby was new. Nevertheless, I?m glad to have found the ?right? place to have my car washed and detailed. I looked at their website and the guarantee their work. After seeing the finished product on my full service detail and seeing the Simoniz certified detail technician certificates in the lobby, combined with the professional website, Facebook page, and uniforms, I am will give my business and recommendation to Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center! The other ?want-to-bees? can continue trying to catch suckers, but I will not be tricked again!
