I get my money's worth here, the manager is friendly, the cashier is cute, and the service is second to none. Each car gets the same level of attention and expertise; the staff takes extremely good care to make sure that every customer is pleased. I recently took a car there that has glue from an old for sale sticker on it and they took their time to scrape and wipe off every last bit of stickiness from the glass. The only downside is that they don't accept dualities so I can't bring my truck in for a quick wash (although they do wash & detail it by hand).\r more

Everyone at work must think I have a serious coke habit. I have a pretty good job and yet I drive a 9-year old Ford Focus. It may only have 85,000 miles but the interior was getting pretty hideous. Two cross country drives and more trail running, camping and Vermont trips than I can count resulted in a nasty accumulation of food spills, crumbs, sweat and dirt. After few hours at The Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, my car now looks brand new. Carpets and seats look amazing and the console, dash, and steering wheel were sparkling. My only complaint is that the dude that cleaned my car wasn't around for me to give him his tip. Going back this week to rectify that problem. He definitely earned it!\r more

I couldn't be happier about the full detailing I've purchased for the folks I work for. I brought in a very well used Range Rover and also a BMW, both of which were covered inside with sand, with wet clothes molding in the back seat and trunk. Took my CRV here for a badly needed cleaning. Dust completely covered the black interior and exterior. And the car had a good amount of wear and tear on it before that. My car is as clean inside and out as the day I took delivery on it brand new four years ago. They also cleaned under the hood - the engine looks newer than when I bought it. Every little nook and cranny on the inside is pristine, and I'm not sure I've ever seen my car shine like this on the outside. Very reasonable price compared to the other top tier detail places, and very much worth every cent and then some.\r more

I brought my car in after it had spent 4 consecutive weekends of being exposed to dirt and sand. It needed a good thorough cleaning, inside and out. The folks at The Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center did an excellent job, detailing the exterior and interior (including the trunk and engine block--really!!). They did a beautiful job, were very service-oriented, and I will definitely go back. If you do the full detailing job, it can be pricey, but it is worth it.\r more

I brought my 1998 Toyota Tacoma truck to them for detailing, wash & wax. They did an amazing job inside and out. The bumpers look brand new, as did the entire car! The employees not only do an outstanding job but they are also honest - they discovered some money ($100) that I had forgotten in the side pocket of my car, and made sure that I knew it was still there when I picked it up. This place is very busy so make sure you call them to get a reservation to bring in your car.\r more

I am completely anal when it comes to details - and although I may drive a 2004 Honda civic, it is still my baby and something I want to look nice. I hadn't had it detailed in 3 years, and it probably hadn't been washed in about 6 months. There was a huge white scratch on the front bumper (PS - my car is black) from where I hit my garage, and I had scratches all over the place. When I dropped my car off with the Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center Danny said ""you won't recognize it when you come pick it up"" - and he was right! AMAZING is all I can say. The white scratch in the front? Completely gone - they made my car look brand new, right off the lot. The price? SO worth the money - don't waste your $ anywhere else! So I bought a new (used) car the other day. Decent condition, decent deal. And I am SO glad that the car went to The Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center AFTER I bought it, or I would have wound up paying a lot more for it! No lie, the crew made this thing look so awesome, the price tag would have probably been at least a grand higher. ??Although it had been garaged nightly, these guys made the paint look like it just rolled off the showroom (in fact, I've seen some new cars roll off looking not nearly as nice). Smooth. Tires & rims - spotless & shiny. Interior smelling fresh and shampooed carpets looked like a putting green with the stripes. Polished, washed, luster-y. ??OK, so this was my first detailing job too... but as good as it all looks, NOTHING could compare with what they did to the back window. The car is a convertible, with the typical plastic back window, which, on a ten-year-old car, is rarely transparent. On this car, I could see “shapes” behind me, only if it happened to be a black Mack truck in full daylight. I had thought about asking them to see what they could do, but figured it was a lost cause. When I picked up the car, I almost asked if they had replaced it... no lie, it was CLEAR!!!! On the way home, I could pick out not only cars behind me, but people IN the cars! Holy Crystal Vision, Batman! Give these guys your business. They're nice, they're reasonably priced, and they are GOOD!\r more

Oh how I miss LA car washes... The nose-tingling aroma of carnauba wax, dirty towels, and Armour-all wafting through the air... The Botoxed beauties waiting impatiently for their Benzes as they try to balance a cell phone, a Starbucks, and a Shitzu... Such entertainment doesn't exist here at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, but I have to say that I was pleased with how they really did a great job cleaning my car. As a former Angelino, I take car care very seriously and I have to say that while it isn't LA-worthy, Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center comes really close. For $21 I get the interior, exterior, and undercarriage cleaned, as well as triple foam polish and Armour-all on my tires. They missed a few spots here and there, but the manager noticed and fixed them before I was called over to my car. They also did a great job on my rims; I had almost forgotten they were silver. I'll definitely be back.\r more
