I was very pleased with the service I received at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. It was my first time visiting so I was a little unsure how the whole process worked. The gentleman that approached my car was incredibly helpful. He explained my options in detail and even personally guided me to the cashier. Although the service was great, my vehicle came out slightly less than perfect. There is a quality control supervisor on the exit end of the tunnel who inspects each car before it leaves the site. He touched up a few spots here and there that needed a little extra attention before I was called to my car. My car was ridiculously dirty when I arrived on the site and all of my expectations were exceeded. I?m going to join their VIP Club on their website so I can capitalize on all the benefits (free 11th wash, free birthday wash, free 48-hour re-wash, and email coupons). This is now my regular car wash.
