Momentum BMW West exuded both professionalism and courtesy during my experience of purchasing a vehicle there. I shopped for my vehicle online, and found their site extremely helpful, especially the detailed pictures. When I finally went to the dealership I had a strong idea what I wanted and they helped me plan the best course of action. Every part of my experience along the way was superb. The salesmen were professional and direct, the waiting room was extraordinarily comfortable, and I even felt the gentleman who helped my sign the paperwork was excellent (describing in great detail what I was signing and overall being friendly). I WILL return there again for my next purchase or when I'm ready to trade in again, and I have recommended all my friends interested in purchasing a vehicle there as well. more

I bought my BMW at Momentum a little over two years ago and I always use their service department. I have nothing but praise and love for them. The purchase was simple enough. Capreshia was the salesperson who helped me, and she was fun and friendly and had a great personality. Several people in the service department have helped me and they have all been wonderful. They have always handled all of my requests without question. When the interior door handle seemed to be flaking, they replaced it. When I thought the shift handle has a slightly sharp edge, they replaced it. When a little cover for the windshield wiper went missing after a car wash, they replaced it. It never seems like a problem or chore for them. If the work is going to make me wait for over an hour, they have a loaner for me to use so, other than the drive to and from the dealership, my day is not affected. I will definitely heavily consider purchasing my next car from Momentum. I don't want to give up this kind of service. more
