I have never met such knowledgeable, gracious and caring people. The owner was extremely warm and told us everything we need to know about washers and dryers and then allowed us to choose. We could not believe the prices! We are happy we did business with Moles Appliance and we are recommending them to everyone. It is nice to know that we still have businesses like this. more

I called these guys for service on a refrigerator. They were not able to schedule a time to come out and said that they would get back to me later that day. Over a day later I have a voicemail left saying they are available to come out, but I missed the call and it was irrelevant. I had $100s of dollars of food in the fridge and freezer and found somebody that was able to service the unit immediately. I then get a call several days later trying to reschedule and saying that they sent somebody by my house two days after the initial call, but nobody was home. I told them that I had resolved the issue and no longer needed their services. Two weeks later I get an invoice in the mail for $50. I'm not sure what kind of business these guys are trying to run, but this is absolutely a joke. Clearly I have no intention of paying. There was no written or verbal contract of any kind and they performed no service of any kind. Buyer beware!!! It is operations like these that do a diservice to reputable businesses everywhere. more

This is the place to shop if you want a great deal. Their blemished appliances in their ""annex"" are a steal. I've been buying my appliances from Moles for years now and their customer service has always been excellent. Both their technicians have always been very polite to me. The last time Duane came to fix my refrigerator, he actually took his shoes off before entering my house. Today my wife and I went in to Moles Appliance in Keizer, Or. While the price was reasonable, and the salesman was friendly, I would never, ever, recommend that any friends or family shop at this store. One of the service guys that loaded the freezer into the back of my truck forced it in slamming into the back of the bed of my truck and scratching and denting the back of the fridge. He also did this while the freezer was laying on its back, which I dont think is supposed to happen. When I questioned him about this, he tells me that I should have loaded it myself, and I should have cleaned the ""Sh**"" out of the back of my truck. When I told him that his customer service was unacceptable, he continued to tell me to ""F*** off"". I do not recommend that anybody do business with these people. more

So I was looking for some newer appliances to upgrade the old worn out ones we've had for years. I start doing the usuall research, checking around at Sears, Kelly's, Lowes, etc, and then I hear about this smaller appliance store ""Moles"" over in Keizer. Well, I check it out, kinda knowing at this point what I'm looking for and the prices i'm looking for. They don't have that many appliances to look at there, but that was alright because I've saw them at the other stores. The Salesman, Bijan, who together with his dad run the place, was great. He talked to us about what we were looking for. They can get a lot there, and when he gave me there price quote I was simply floored. THe package save me over $1,0000 over the next lowest on every. On top of that, I ended up finding an fridge there in their ""open box"" annex, the exact one I was looking, for like 40% off. They installed everything for me for very reasonable prices. Everyone there is really professional and I'd recommend this ""small"" store to anyone looking for a great deal and great service, rather than the big box stores who hardly give you either. Pros: Very knowledgeable, honest, low prices, and great deals on open box and scratch and dent appliances Cons: Not much selection of displayed appliances to look at more
