Review content:
I called these guys for service on a refrigerator. They were not able to schedule a time to come out and said that they would get back to me later that day. Over a day later I have a voicemail left saying they are available to come out, but I missed the call and it was irrelevant. I had $100s of dollars of food in the fridge and freezer and found somebody that was able to service the unit immediately.
I then get a call several days later trying to reschedule and saying that they sent somebody by my house two days after the initial call, but nobody was home. I told them that I had resolved the issue and no longer needed their services.
Two weeks later I get an invoice in the mail for $50. I'm not sure what kind of business these guys are trying to run, but this is absolutely a joke. Clearly I have no intention of paying. There was no written or verbal contract of any kind and they performed no service of any kind.
Buyer beware!!! It is operations like these that do a diservice to reputable businesses everywhere.
