Today my wife and I went in to Moles Appliance in Keizer, Or. While the price was reasonable, and the salesman was friendly, I would never, ever, recommend that any friends or family shop at this store.
One of the service guys that loaded the freezer into the back of my truck forced it in slamming into the back of the bed of my truck and scratching and denting the back of the fridge. He also did this while the freezer was laying on its back, which I dont think is supposed to happen. When I questioned him about this, he tells me that I should have loaded it myself, and I should have cleaned the ""Sh**"" out of the back of my truck. When I told him that his customer service was unacceptable, he continued to tell me to ""F*** off"".
I do not recommend that anybody do business with these people.
