Excellent Service! 11/12/2015

Leo dropped by the other day for a service call for my hot water heater. He was on time and came fully prepared to do the work. He respected my home by putting covers on his feet. He communicated well with my wife and I and was honest and forthcoming about the status of my equipment and any issues. I would definitely use Modern Mechanical again for my plumbing needs. Plumbing -- Shower Value and Pressure Regulating Value Issues 9/24/2015

Super Service by a highly competent representative who was timely (called to say en route, when he would arrive, and did so), extremely cordial, and neat (used booties to cover his shoes). The representative provided clear and concise explanation of what was wrong (bad shower value)and indicators of failing device (pressure valve), and followed up with precise repairs and clean-up. Bottom line: The rep's competence, friendly and respectful demeanor, and highly quality work made the experience easy and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Modern Mechanical and their great team. more

technicial 5/6/2015

Yesterday, I was scheduled for my spring maintenance of my AC units. They time I had my appt for was 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. I called twice to find out when he would be showing and was put on hold a long time. Finally, Andrew showed at about 3:00pm. This did not impress me much, but after Andrew's highly professional inspection of our units and sincere apologies as his previous customer had a big issue, I determined that I would rather wait longer for Andrew than have someone less competent do the inspection. more

Plumbing Service Call 4/19/2015

The service technician (Will) was knowledgeable and friendly. He was an overall great guy!!! The service he provided was top-notch and he repaired the issue in a timely manner. I recommend Modern Mechanical to anyone that has a need for a GREAT plumbing and/or AC repair company. more

Good job with my garbage disposal 4/12/2015

Modern Mechanical did a good job replacing my broken garbage disposal, but most helpful, Joey was willing to arrange his schedule so my disposal could be fixed at a time that was convenient for me so I didn't have to take off work. more

Great Service from the Entire Team at Modern Mechanical 3/9/2015

Abel was patient and understanding of my family's needs. He even offered to bring over small heaters after our furnace stopped working. Paul and Travis were knowledgeable and did an amazing job installing our new furnace. I couldn't have ask for better service. Oddly enough, I feel very satisfied after purchasing a new furnace from Modern Mechanical; a feeling I didnt anticipate immediately after our furnace quit. Great job and thank you! more

Excellent Service 3/7/2015

Stephen came to my house and was able to quickly diagnose a problem with our hot water heater. He went through my options and recommended we replace it due to the age. He was very professional the whole time, and never once tried to upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend him again. more

Dead Furnace 11/14/2014

From start to finish, the service couldn't have been any better. The company got a technician there the same day. He arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain each step of what he was doing and what was needed to fix the furnace. He worked directly with my warranty company and got the approval to replace the motor and capacitor. In about an hour, I had heat again. Scott never took one step inside my house without putting on his shoe covers. He made sure there was absolutely no mess left over. I would not hesitate to call this company and have Scott back in my home for any future problems. more

Water heater replacement ease with Modern Mechanical, LLC 6/9/2014

Having my hot water heater assessed and replaced was such an easy transition with Mr. Angel Nater's help. He assessed the damage, clearly explained the costs, and with my approval, his company dispatched him the day after to replace the heater. The transaction was made even easier since the majority of the costs were covered by our home warranty and they referred us and set up the appointment for us with Modern Mechanical. Mr. Nater was punctual, efficiently worked on the task, and was very pleasant. He completed the task at he pre-arranged time he gave me and I was able to report to my job without delay. Highly recommend Modern Mechanical for anyone's plumbing needs. more
