Leo dropped by the other day for a service call for my hot water heater. He was on time and came fully prepared to do the work. He respected my home by putting covers on his feet. He communicated well with my wife and I and was honest and forthcoming about the status of my equipment and any issues. I would definitely use Modern Mechanical again for my plumbing needs.
