I had been bringing my dogs to this vet clinic for many years. I never had an issue until I had to put my dear Barley down. She was 15, couldn't walk without assistance and had trouble breathing. She was in pain/distress. My husband called to make the appointment and the girl was very rude. When I went in with Barley on that dreaded day, they didn't know what I was there for. They said you'r here for her shots right?That's what we have you down for. Really? The fact that I was crying hysterically must have gone right over their heads. They made us wait for an hour before the doctor finally saw us. (Remember, I had an appointment.) The office girls made an already difficult day even worse. The last straw was with my Min Pin. He was lethargic and constipated, after $700 worth of tests and x-rays, the doctor calls me at work to state my dog is deathly anemic and needs an emergency blood transfusion.
