Horrific Experiance!!! The Unethical and inhumane treatment of consumers should be enough to shut this place down. They refused to return my family pet because after paying $900.00 they made me sign an outrageous contract for the remaining $500. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this office. The staff is rude and nasty to deal with. Who holds a Animal from there family and REFUSES payment arrrangements. I had to call and file a complaint with BBB to get them to work with me!!!! DIsgusting!!!
