Mr. Quik was on-time, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Can't remember the last time we had GREAT customer service with all those traits in one employee from a business! Mister Quik will be there quik but will also be back for mutiple visits. Bad experience with an ac install and furnace repairt. Serveral visits on both, don't take responsiblity and are expensive. Also, treat there customer awful once payments are made. Beware of pip sales manager Brandon. Don't return phone call if you have a problem with him. Choose someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We purchased a service plan with Mister Quik and consider it to be one of our best investments. We have had technicians out to do a check on the heating system, replace a water heater, replace aging light switches, and install fans and new light fixtures. Each technician has been knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We have been given all the different options up front so we could make informed choices and have never felt any pressure to add on to what we wanted. Scheduling has been a breeze. Each person has been here in a timely manner and we've gotten a call letting us know when someone is on their way as well as a follow up call to ascertain that everything was done to our satisfaction. We continue to be very pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat. If you are looking for positive customer service, Mister Quik is the place to call. more

My furnace quit working in the middle of the night and i called Mr.Quik the next morning and they were out within the hour. I was very impressed on how knowledgable and friendly the technicians were. Unfortuantly, I needed a new furnace but Mr. Quik fixed the problem as quickly as possible. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and did everything to help. Our toilet was over flowing and nothing we tried solved the problem. I was able to schedule a same day appointment - unheard with most pumbers. In less than 15 minutes, the job was complete. What really impressed me - the service man actually cleaned the toilet and around the floor of the toilet.\r I'll call them the next time I have a plumbing problem. more

Unparraleled service from start to finish! Very friendly and professional during scheduling. Arrived right on time and received a call a few minutes prior to arrival. Scott was the electrician and was very knowledgable and courteous. His respect was highlighted when we offered entry to our home without shoe covers, but he put them on anyway. Best Service we've had in over 13 years!?? Mr. Quik has been the best we've had in over 13 years of owning our house. We've had many different service calls from many different companies. Mr. Quik is by far the best! On time, easy to schedule appointments, great prices, polite workers, and quality service. The guys always give me great advice without being too pushy. We had them install a completely new heat/ac system last July. Couldn't be happier! Finally, our house is cool when it should be and warm when it should be. Don't let the cheesy name turn you away--they're quik, and high quality! more
