Review content:
We purchased a service plan with Mister Quik and consider it to be one of our best investments. We have had technicians out to do a check on the heating system, replace a water heater, replace aging light switches, and install fans and new light fixtures. Each technician has been knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We have been given all the different options up front so we could make informed choices and have never felt any pressure to add on to what we wanted. Scheduling has been a breeze. Each person has been here in a timely manner and we've gotten a call letting us know when someone is on their way as well as a follow up call to ascertain that everything was done to our satisfaction. We continue to be very pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat. If you are looking for positive customer service, Mister Quik is the place to call.
