We recently had a "contractor" ruin our less than year old tub after putting up new tile work in our bathroom.
When we discovered the damages (which were covered with a PorceFix type enamel paint) we were devastated. Just when we thought we were going to have to remove all of the tile work and start again, we got a recommendation to call Miracle Method.
We spoke with Ashley who was super helpful, providing us with information and multiple options. She arranged for someone to come out and see the tub the next day!
Our inspector was Dale (the owner), who came out and not only did the inspection, but he was so honest about the damages and actually did the refinish right there on the spot. He even reduced the price and gave it to us for 3 times less than the quotes we got from other companies!
Looking at the tub today, I cannot even tell that there were any damages! Our family is thrilled with the outcome and service!
Without question, I would highly recommend Miracle Method.
