This is my 4th TV I have bought from Isaac and Roy. they stand behind their products and offer excellent service. their technicians are very qualified and knowledgeable and will meet your special needs. more

I'd heard about MiR Audio Video for a long time, hearing their ads on the radio. When it came time for me to replace my TV and update my home theater, I searched around different companies, did a lot of research and called a lot of places. Finally I called them late in the day, hoping I could come by and see about a TV. They asked how far away I was since they were closing up, and they said they would wait for me. When I got there, they were already closed, but they opened the door for me. I looked around and checked out the TV I was interested in. Roy happened to be there, and they gave me a price that beat every other price I had seen for the TV. They talked to me about installation and the sound system. I had read their reviews, so I knew about their installation. I bought the TV and some other things for my home theater, and the prices were great! Dan and Ryan came to do the installation. They were there on time, and they got everything coordinated. They were at my house from ten in the morning until eight-thirty at night, and they did an amazing job! They were able to coordinate the new components with the old equipment, and everything works beautifully! They were even able to incorporate my old laserdisc player! They cleaned up everything when they left. Every time I have a minor problem and I call, Roy will answer and he greets me as if he were my best friend. It makes me feel special, and it's that personal touch. I know that they deal with a lot of celebrities, and I'm not in that league, but they make me feel special as if I were in that league. The work they do is superb, and whenever I have a problem I just call! One time, I did something to my remote system, and the installer came out. Turns out the connection fell off or something, and they didn't even charge me. It's a very personable place, and the installers know what they're doing. The work they did really made the difference! My wife and I are now able to watch movies at home, and we save a lot of money not going to the movies! more

After years of anguish from other companies I was so pleased wight he service and attainability of MIR. What would take weeks or months and a small fortune for other companies proved to be very affordable and painless with MIR. I highly recommend their service and our screening room runs better than ever. more

I contacted Mir on Thursday requesting a quote on the new JVC projectors. Got a terrific quote and the install was completed the next Wednesday in one half a day totally professionally by a team which knew what it was doing. BTW ..the new JVC's are phenomenal. By far the best 3D I have experienced. more

MiR Audio Video brought our conference room up to date with new technology and automation. I had used them before for smaller, home jobs, and they did a great job. They really feel like a mom and pop shop where you can talk to both the owner and the guys doing the work. They have a great attitude, and they do a great job! more

MiR Audio Video provided me with custom installation services on my speaker components, television, and phone system. It was a pretty involved, detailed installation. I can't give an honest rating on the quality so far. You never know about something like that unless it stops working and you go back to get it fix. But so far it's good. MiR installed a new home automation control system and I found them to be very personable, helpful, and reliable as far as showing up when they said they would. I came with a problem and they came up with a recommended solution that I'm happy with. more

The MIR team is great. We recently worked with the guys on a hotel project. The team worked with our deadlines, budget, and some unexpected curveballs. They took everything in stride and were professional throughout the process. Just as important, of course, the final product looks great. I recently purchased a surround sound system from Roy at Mir Audio and had Cuba and his group set up our home theater system. From start to finish, I could not have been happier with the service. Cuba first came out to the house, reviewed the room for the system, made suggested and then came up with 2 options using different speakers. I had two other dealers make bids but ended up with Mir in part because they were located close to us and equipment they suggested were top notch and highly rated by multiple audio-visual magazines. The other dealers suggested speakers or amplifiers that I had trouble finding reviews on the web. When it came time to set up the system, Cuba and his group spent the time and effort to make sure that everything was up running. I though I knew something about stereo systems but the current home stereo systems are way beyond my ability. Cuba guided me in what additional equipment I should purchase, was willing to swap out the originally purchased amplifier for a more powerful and even spent over an hour trouble shooting how to connect the Wii to our system, which was not even part of the original proposal. We now have a wonderfully sounding stereo and surround sound system for watching videos and wondered why I wanted so long to make this purchase. more

MIR is doing a credible job of setting up our system. they are still in the process and i think it may have taken longer than it should, but that may be due to issues beyond their control. Bobby Chavez has been there for us throughout and we deeply appreciate his involvement. more

Great job by Cuba and Albert in installing in my house last week. The drywall guys they recommended finished it off well too. Roy was also properly focused on giving good service and seemed to really care. Now I'm ready to sit back and enjoy! more

We give MIR the highest recommendation. The work was of superb quality, and, therefore, saved us money. The installation technicians were outstanding -- friendly, helpful, and professional. They explained all repeatedly and with patience. The follow-up has been superb, even a year later. The technicians are great at troubleshooting and resolving problems, even the ones caused by our cable company. more

The MIR Team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Home Theatre was unbelievable!!! Speakers, Big Screen, Projector, and most important SERVICE. MIR truly can meet your needs and exceed all expectations. They stand behind their work. There are not many retailers that understand how to work with a customer these days. MIR gets it. We bought a television and a music system utilizing sonos. The sonos is fantastic and we now enjoy music throughout our home and outside too. Bobby and his crew installed speakers inside and outside on time and as promised. We were also taught how to use the equipment and were emailed simple directions too. more

Thanks, Bobby, for improving our Audio/Video home experience. My husband, Jamil, thoroughly enjoys his new toys, the AV system you mounted in the gym rm and the 55" LG Cinema 3D Smart TV in the family rm are so fun to use. We love all the Smart features, the picture quality and the swivel wall mounting of the 55" TV has been especially nice; we don't have to miss any viewing action, even from the balcony. I ran into an old buddy while shopping for a tv in best buy about a year ago and he sent me to MIR... best move ever. Quality of merchandise is all top notch so you don't have to sift through the trash. Shopped around and they have the best prices in town. These guys really know what they're doing and they'll work with you in finding the best possible system within your budget. Top notch salesmen and most importantly all around good guys.
