I'd heard about MiR Audio Video for a long time, hearing their ads on the radio. When it came time for me to replace my TV and update my home theater, I searched around different companies, did a lot of research and called a lot of places. Finally I called them late in the day, hoping I could come by and see about a TV. They asked how far away I was since they were closing up, and they said they would wait for me. When I got there, they were already closed, but they opened the door for me. I looked around and checked out the TV I was interested in. Roy happened to be there, and they gave me a price that beat every other price I had seen for the TV. They talked to me about installation and the sound system. I had read their reviews, so I knew about their installation. I bought the TV and some other things for my home theater, and the prices were great! Dan and Ryan came to do the installation. They were there on time, and they got everything coordinated. They were at my house from ten in the morning until eight-thirty at night, and they did an amazing job! They were able to coordinate the new components with the old equipment, and everything works beautifully! They were even able to incorporate my old laserdisc player! They cleaned up everything when they left. Every time I have a minor problem and I call, Roy will answer and he greets me as if he were my best friend. It makes me feel special, and it's that personal touch. I know that they deal with a lot of celebrities, and I'm not in that league, but they make me feel special as if I were in that league. The work they do is superb, and whenever I have a problem I just call! One time, I did something to my remote system, and the installer came out. Turns out the connection fell off or something, and they didn't even charge me. It's a very personable place, and the installers know what they're doing. The work they did really made the difference! My wife and I are now able to watch movies at home, and we save a lot of money not going to the movies!
