I recently purchased a surround sound system from Roy at Mir Audio and had Cuba and his group set up our home theater system. From start to finish, I could not have been happier with the service. Cuba first came out to the house, reviewed the room for the system, made suggested and then came up with 2 options using different speakers. I had two other dealers make bids but ended up with Mir in part because they were located close to us and equipment they suggested were top notch and highly rated by multiple audio-visual magazines. The other dealers suggested speakers or amplifiers that I had trouble finding reviews on the web. When it came time to set up the system, Cuba and his group spent the time and effort to make sure that everything was up running. I though I knew something about stereo systems but the current home stereo systems are way beyond my ability. Cuba guided me in what additional equipment I should purchase, was willing to swap out the originally purchased amplifier for a more powerful and even spent over an hour trouble shooting how to connect the Wii to our system, which was not even part of the original proposal. We now have a wonderfully sounding stereo and surround sound system for watching videos and wondered why I wanted so long to make this purchase.
