Extremely Pleased 4/5/2010

I was extremely pleased that I was able to schedule a next day appointment, and that the office was able to call me when the technician was 30 minutes out so that I didn't have to spend the entire afternoon at home waiting for him. The technician was not only very competent, he was very friendly. So often, service technicians are missing the customer service concept; being able to explain the inner workings of the equipment in laymen's terms. Very good. Your online appointment request worked like a charm. Requested an appoint online at 9 PM, you called at 8:04 AM the next morning, said he would show up between 9 - 1, and he called before arriving at 12.
