Please do not use this company. Roy tried to sell unneeded repairs and used scare tactics to get as much money out of me as he could. He suggested a $3000 repair that involved tearing out a ceiling but another plumber solved my issue quickly for $500. Run, dont walk away from this company if you value your money. Shameful behavior. more

always been excellent 4/4/2011

We have purchased a furnace from SPP&H as well and had our plumbing serviced on several occasions. The service has always been excellent, though, as always, we'd prefer it were cheaper. Every time we call you guys it takes a bite out of the wallet. However, because we live in Mr & Mrs. Smith's former home on Hilltop Lane, we always call SPP&H. more

Very good. Your online appointment request worked like a charm. Requested an appoint online at 9 PM, you called at 8:04 AM the next morning, said he would show up between 9 - 1, and he called before arriving at 12. Didn't try to sell me unecessary stuff, very friendly guy. In and out quickly and hopefully solved the problem! more

Generally very good experience - last install service was poor 1/11/2011

I have generally had good experience with this company. Last service unfortunately not very good. New furance - Sales Rep great but told me to contact him anytime with questions. Contacted him by email next day - 2 months later still have not heard from him. Installation went fine. - day after STRONG gas smell. Contacted company about coming out to fix. I was told Install manager had to take care of it since it was a new furnace and he would call me. Waited an hour didn't hear from him, I called back. Told he would be there in appx 1 1/2 hours. 2 hours later still hadn't arrived. Just as I was about to called again, got phone call from company. Told that Install Mgr wasn't coming but service tech would be there in 1 1/2 hours. Came 2 hours later. He was great. Fixed problem, but 5 hours after my initial call and me having to keep following up and it was 11:30 PM by time all complete. Doesn't seem to fit with the 1 hour emergency service that's advertised on internet and I would consider a STRONG gas smell on a new furnace an emergency. more

Gas ignition was explosive, shaking the house twice. 12/9/2010

Ignition module was replaced initially but problem reoccurred. Prompted servicing replaced the gas valve to solve the problem. more

The guys did a great job with installing the furnace/airconditioner/air cleaner. They were very open with questions. They were very friendly and professional. Great Job and Good Price 11/7/2010

I have used St. Paul Plumbing and Heating for 17 years to service my 32 year old GE furnace. I did not know you were a Carrier dealer. Your bid was $500.00 less than the next closest bid and you were able to install the furnace within 10 days. The technician did a great job, especially with the new sheet metal work. Have used the furnace for 3 weeks now. It is very quiet. I was surprised that the lowest of 4 bids came from St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. I appreciate the practical approach of the estimator. We did not include any add-ons which could cause trouble such as air cleaners and humidifiers. more
