I have used St. Paul Plumbing and Heating for 17 years to service my 32 year old GE furnace. I did not know you were a Carrier dealer. Your bid was $500.00 less than the next closest bid and you were able to install the furnace within 10 days. The technician did a great job, especially with the new sheet metal work. Have used the furnace for 3 weeks now. It is very quiet. I was surprised that the lowest of 4 bids came from St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. I appreciate the practical approach of the estimator. We did not include any add-ons which could cause trouble such as air cleaners and humidifiers.
