Excellent Service Experience 12/30/2011

I have an SUV with a lot of miles. Brought it in to repair a broken belt and have quite a bit of other maintenance, complete brake job, replace all belts/hoses (front and rear). They even cleaned the engine. Had a minor leak problem in the rear which they took care of under warranty. Complementary ride to/from my office was a big plus. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Milstead Car Care. more

We have been customers of Milstead Car Care for over 3 years and still running. We have always been given great customer care service. When we have a problem with our truck the mechanics are very knowledgable about what needs to be done to fix the situation. We recommend Milstead to all of our friends. Milstead Car Care will always have our business. We would not take our truck to any other place. Thank you to the Crew at Milstead. Keep up the great work. more

We have used Milstead Car Care for all four of our vehicles for several years now and have always been very happy with the work, including correction of work done at some specialty franchises. Awesome service! 5/17/2010

My wife's car broke down this past Satuday but she was able to limp it home. We took it to Milstead Car Care this morning. We had previously serviced the car at the brand's dealership in town, but had switched to Milstead Car Care for regular maintenance recently. Milstead's took the time to ask for maintenance logs from the dealership to make sure they had the car's full history so they wouldn't repeat maintenance (and charge us for unnecessary work). Even though the repairs weren't trivial, they turned the car around in one day and it's ready for pickup this evening! I usually don't post positive reviews based on just one experience - we also maintain my truck with Milstead's Car Care, and this is the type of experience we receive EVERY time. Highly recommend it! Pros: Fast, quality service, cost-conscious Cons: none so far! more

Excellent Service and quick work 5/17/2010

I have a luxury SUV. I felt like my car was eating tires! Mark and Ben explained all my options and gave me an excellent price on all the work. I upgraded my tires and they really worked the problems with my alignment. I usually take my car to the dealership. I'm so glad I went to them and they took the time to explain all the tire choices I had. I haven't had a problem since and Ben called to check on me a few days later! Excellent customer service. Great service at any age 5/17/2010

I sent my young son to Milstead Car Care to have his brakes looked at. In the past we have utilized a dealership. I was worried they may see my son as a kid and not treat him as they should. Milstead Car Care went way beyond my expectations. The explained the problem and addressed it in a very timely manner. The prices were fair and we have been very pleased. I will recommend them to all of my friends. My son was pleased to establish a relationship on his own and will be a customer for many years to come. Pros: Very Informative, Professional more

Great Service!!! 5/17/2010

Had a great prompt oil change at Milstead Car Care. The service manager was very friendly. The coffee in the waiting area was great. It was clean and comfortable, They had a large flat screen TV for me to watch while I waited. Very fast service. I will be back again. Pros: Very comfortable waiting area, prompt. Cons: nothing to speak of more

Great Service 5/17/2010

We have been a customer of Milstead Car Care for many years. Some of the work that we have had done includes replacing a transmission, tire and brake repair and replacement and a lot of body work (teenagers!) and more. We ALWAYS come away very pleased with the work that is done and the service that we receive. The staff is professional and courteous, and the place is immaculate!
