My wife's car broke down this past Satuday but she was able to limp it home. We took it to Milstead Car Care this morning.
We had previously serviced the car at the brand's dealership in town, but had switched to Milstead Car Care for regular maintenance recently.
Milstead's took the time to ask for maintenance logs from the dealership to make sure they had the car's full history so they wouldn't repeat maintenance (and charge us for unnecessary work).
Even though the repairs weren't trivial, they turned the car around in one day and it's ready for pickup this evening!
I usually don't post positive reviews based on just one experience - we also maintain my truck with Milstead's Car Care, and this is the type of experience we receive EVERY time. Highly recommend it!
Pros: Fast, quality service, cost-conscious
Cons: none so far!
